Mayflower House, Billericay

Mayflower House was acquired in 2020, consisting of two office spaces and ten retail units.

Flint has obtained prior approval to convert the main office building, Mayflower House on Billericay High Street, from offices to 14 residential units.

The Flint team is also exploring commercial elements for the ground floor of Mayflower House, given the local demand for high-quality retail and serviced offices. After witnessing other significant office spaces in Billericay being converted into residential properties, we feel the need to service the requirements of the local business community alongside residents’ housing needs.

We are delighted to be pursuing this project as part of a Joint Venture with two investors. Who, alongside our team, recognise the importance of investing in town centre developments and bringing an outstanding product to the local community.
