We are committed to ethical, sustainable and responsible investments that support local communities.

Environmental Ratings

All of our commercial and residential projects are developed in line with the latest sustainability guidelines. For example, we aim to achieve the highest possible Energy Performance ratings on all of our new build homes through the use of solar panels, heat pumps, green roofs, environmentally friendly materials and other measures.

Carbon Reduction

We improve green spaces and plant a number of trees at all new development sites. We are also corporate partners of www.edenprojects.org. If we need to remove a tree as part of our projects, we will donate 100 trees to contribute to carbon capture and reduction.

We focus on car-free schemes too. However, where this is not possible, we encourage electric vehicle use with appropriate charging points as standard.

Local Communities

We commit to re-investing a proportion of any investment profits into the community we are building for. We do this through supporting local charities, including youth schemes, health causes and well-being organisations.

Ethical Contractors

We partner with ethical contractors and ensure everyone we work with has the appropriate credentials to operate safely, sustainably and to the highest quality. We make sure all Building Regulations are met and, where possible, exceeded.
