Vishal Sharma
Managing Director
Vishal Sharma founded Flint in 2019, having previously worked in property and recruitment for ten years. An Economics graduate, Vishal learned his trade managing an extensive family portfolio. He brings significant experience in obtaining planning permission, sourcing off-market opportunities and maximising the potential of existing properties.
Vishal has grown Flint’s development portfolio to over £8m in value since 2019.
Ashish Goyal
Director
As well as being a partner in Flint, Ashish Goyal is the co-founder of Principle Care Homes and an investor in multiple business start-ups. He combines investment experience and property knowledge with a passion for people – believing everything starts with the team.
Ashish’s broad experience means he is ideally placed to deliver service excellence, demonstrate authenticity in his dealings with people and create trust within the teams he works with.
Lewis Kennedy
Property Associate
Lewis Kennedy joined Flint in February 2022. He has over four years of experience in property management and sourcing, previously working for private property investors.
Lewis supports Vishal & Ashish by sourcing new investment opportunities and managing and coordinating Flint’s developments through to project completion.
